1) We take the Fiber coil (Glass fiber, Carbon fiber, Kevlar, Carbon/Kevlar) and we cut the piece of wished measure (20 X as an example 30).

2) We open the stamp and we prepare it in order to introduce the fiber. Before this operation the superficial ones of the stamp must be covered with some hands of release. After the fiber sheets they must be impregnates you of resin before their introduction in the stamp and the release allows to extract the fiber from the stamp, in the moment in which it is dry, otherwise the fiber would glue to the stamp, rendering impossible the opening of the same one and I re-use.

3) After 24 hours the piece can be extracted and finished, with the elimination of the fiber in excess by means of cutter to numerical control.

4) the last phase is the "CLEANING" of the piece carried out from one grindstone on which a cloth disc is mounted; once polished the piece is ready.
